Yes, we are open Monday- Friday 8AM to 5PM

Warranty covers all manufacturer defects over the course of 1 year

This includes but is not limited to, leaks, damage during install, and visual defects.

Some dealers may offer permitting services. Suncrest Sheds main office does not offer such services and leaves that to the home owner.

We currently do not offer rental units

We use a mix of southern yellow pine and pressure treated 2x4 and 2x6 framing for our sheds, we also use CDX plywood for our floors and roofing, no pressed OSB wood here! Four our walls we use structural grade Thermo-ply for added strength and an attractive interior finish. See our products pages for siding and roofing options.

Yes, Our sheds are HVHZ approved, we are rated for exposure D zones that include the roughest climate Florida has to offer, in winds over 170mph!

We have some of the shortest lead times in the industry and often build faster than permits are approved, however due to fluctuation in material availability and client demand, lead times change frequently, for the most accurate ETA please contact our office!
