Suncrest Sheds manufactures Florida's premier, portable garden storage building. From children's play houses to a triple car garage, the only limit to our building is your imagination.
We use only the finest material. From premium grade southern yellow pine framed completely at 16in. on center, to our 3/4 in. pressure treated plywood floor which can easily support cars, boats and motorcycles. standard walls are constructed with R11 insulation and premium vinyl siding (your choice of color) with a 20yr warranty. No need for painting, just hose it off. If you prefer stucco or hardi -board, that's easily done with your custom order! Your roof comes with standard 1/2in. plywood and premium grade shingles (you choose the color). You choose if you would like a beautiful eave or not. We can also install a standing seam metal roof or permatile to match your house!
Your options are limitless! Whether you need a pool cabana, studio office with a bathroom, toy garage, "man cave", tack room for the horses, dog house/kennel or even just a place to park the lawn mower......we are sheds unlimited!
**REMEMBER** Nomatter what our competitors tell you. We are the ONLY HVHZ (High Velocity Hurricane Zone) approved storage building in the state of Florida. No other manufacturers are approved for 150mph winds! Ask to see their DCA approvals. Why would you want anything less than the best? What good is a storage building that blows away with all your valuables in a hurricane?
*FACT* Suncrest Sheds have had no reported hurricane damage! Even during hurricane Charley, our unstrapped buildings, sitting on a sales lot in Punta Gorda did NOT move as opposed to our competitors which were found in an unrecognizable heap one mile away!
When deciding what size shed is right for you it is important to ensure that your building has enough space in your yard while being large enough to fulfill it's intended use. Think of the purpose and activities that you have in mind to take place in your building and plan the space out accordingly. Be mindful of your city prerequisites for your yard, like setbacks and maximum allowable shed size for your particular property.

Installation
Think you won't be able to get your shed to where you want it in your yard? No worries, cranes are available to drop your shed where you need it, behind buildings or trees. Contact your nearest dealer for a quote. If you don't have a concrete slab on which to place your shed, we will set the building on concrete block to level out the building and make sure the structure is away from the humidity. We then anchor it down with state approved anchors as required.
Exterior and Interior Finishing Touches
From the beginning it is important to think about the interior and exterior design of your shed. Things like partitions, shelves, door and window placement, size and style. Also, think about how you would like to design the landscape layout around the building's exterior. You may want to lay gravel, flagstone or pavers to create a path to the door. A little decor will help to define and compliment the overall look of your beautiful Suncrest Shed!
